Let the preparations begin as we transform the Woodlawn School campus into the STEAMfest festival grounds!
Time to erect the tents, set up the tables, assemble the stage, hang the banners and signs, and decorate the campus!
Setup Team is a great opportunity to volunteer, even if you are unavailable on Sunday, for the event.

Cleanup Team

The Cleanup Team get’s it done!
Basking in the memories created at STEAMfest 2024, it is time to fold the tables, strike the tents, roll up the banners, disassemble the stage, and pick up the trash.
There are tasks for all ages and skills.
With a full team of volunteers, it only takes a few hours to breakdown and clean up the day after STEAMfest.

Spring Herb Garden

The STEAMfest team will have a booth at the Davidson Farmers Market on Saturday, March 2th from 9AM to 12PM. We will be planting Spring Herb Gardens and encouraging families to register for STEAMfest 2024.
We need few volunteers to help out at the booth.

The STEAMfest team will have a booth at the Davidson Farmers Market on Saturday, March 16th from 9AM to 12PM. We will have a free spring themed activity and will be encouraging families to register for STEAMfest 2024.

Naturefest is Saturday, May 18th!
Join the STEAMfest team on the Davidson Town Green for this Davidson Lands Conservancy event.
Volunteer signups will open March 26th.
