On Sunday, March 26, 2023 over 1500 guests converged on the Woodlawn School campus for STEAMfest 2023. Â
Over 100 free STEAM activities created by students, teachers, local colleges, community organizations, professional groups, clubs, and businesses.

STEAMfest 2023 included over 100 free hands-on activity booths created by students, teachers, local colleges, community organizations, professional groups, clubs, and businesses.
Many of your favorite booths from 2022 returned along with dozens of new activities.Â
Patrons
The Village Square
New for 2023, The Village Square featured artisans, educational vendors, entertainment, community non-profits and food trucks.
New for STEAMfest 2023, we introduced The Village Square. Located on The Quad in the center of STEAMfest and the Woodlawn School campus, The Village Square will offered:
- exhibit space for local artist, artisans, and crafts people
- booths for education vendors including books, learning toys, summer and afterschool programs, maker supplies, and more
- information tables for community non-profit groups to engage and share with the community
- food trucks for a meal, dessert, healthy snack, or beverage
- free water station
- seating for eating or taking a break
- entertainment stage
The Village Square builds on our goal of creating an exciting experience for visitors of all ages and expanding opportunities for community engagement.Â
