New for this year, STEAMfest will provide select community nonprofits with free booths in The Village Square! This is a great opportunity for nonprofit organizations to meet the community and share information about your mission.
Over 2000 visitors are expected at the event. Most will be young families from the local area with a demonstrated interest in science and the arts.
To encourage maximum exposure, nonprofit booths will be intermixed with artisans and educational product vendors in the centrally located Village Square, along with food trucks and seating.
Promoting community nonprofits is consistent with Woodlawn School’s commitment to service learning and fostering students who are contributing members of the society. Welcoming nonprofits, supports the STEAMfest mission by increasing engagement and broadening the the appeal of the event.
Space is limited, but effort will be made to accommodate as many groups as possible. Each nonprofit will be provided a table, table covering, booth sign, and chairs. Participating groups will be listed in the online event program and promoted on social media.
If you are a community nonprofit, please consider submitting the registration form below before the February 1st, 2023 deadline. Our team will review your registration and follow up within a few days.
Woodlawn School reserve the right to deny participation to any organization at it’s sole discretion.
