Hooray!!! Guess who was back at the Davidson Farmer’s Market? STEAMfest!!!
STEAMfest volunteers were at it again sharing an activity with the community at the Davidson Farmer’s Market on Saturday, March 2, 2024. This time the booth was manned mainly by STEAMfest Student Volunteers. They were busy helping visitors of all ages make herb gardens. These STEAMteam Student Volunteers included six Woodlawn School students and one Pine Lake Preparatory student.
In addition to planting herbs to take home and watch grow, visitors at the STEAMfest booth were also able to register for STEAMfest 2024. STEAMfest 2024 will be held on March 24, 2024 on the Woodlawn School campus located in Mooresville, just 1 mile north of Davidson. STEAMfest is free, but registration is encouraged. Pre-registered guests will have a ticket QR code they can scan to skip the lines and will receive valuable parking and additional information emailed prior to the event.
