Science teacher and aspiring master chef Christian Eggleston shows how to cook perfect eggs and teaches about heat transfer and much more! This is a “cook along” presentation. You can make your own eggs with Christian or just watch the presentation and do it yourself later.  This lesson was originally taught at Woodlawn School via virtual learning. It was a big hit with the students … and the parents who now get better eggs.
