What is STEAMfest?
The mission of STEAMfest is to provide youth of all ages with free opportunities to Imagine, Discover, and Explore topics in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics through fun and engaging hands-on activities.
STEAMfest is the largest annual family STEM and arts festival in North Carolina, featuring over 100+ interactive activities for youth of all ages. The event also includes entertainment, food trucks, artisans, educational vendors, and community non-profits.
Hosted on the campus of Woodlawn School, in partnership with Pine Lake Preparatory, Davidson College, UNC Charlotte, Mitchell Community College, Central Piedmont Community College, and numerous community organizations, STEAMfest attracts over 2,000 guests and volunteers from the Lake Norman community each year.

The Village Square
Ideal for educational vendors and artisans to display and sell their products and services.
Includes:
- 10×10 booth with tent, table, chairs, electrical outlet, and WiFi.
- Booth sign with your name and logo.
- Listing in the online directory (web & mobile).
- Optional guest bag insert.
- Option to provide a banner, yard sign, or sandwich board.
Cost: $500 per booth or $100 + 10% of sales.
Activity Booth
Engage, educate, and inspire guests by designing and leading a captivating STEM or art activity. A unique opportunity for meaningful and high-quality interaction that guests will remember and associate with your brand.
Includes:
