STEAMfest Patrons

STEAMfest is on a mission to help children of all ages Imagine, Discover, and Explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics!

STEAMfest, founded by Woodlawn School, a private, independent, non-profit, Pre-K to 12 school, is created and managed entirely by volunteers.  STEAMfest is free to visitors of all ages. 

STEAMfest Patrons provide the critical financial support required to hold an event. From renting tents and tables to signage and public safety officers, STEAMfest depends on our Patrons.

In exchange for their generous support, STEAMfest Patrons have the opportunity to share their message, brand, products, and services with the community.  There are several participation levels with a range of benefits listed below. All Patrons receive:

• Opportunity to inspire and enrich the lives of youth from the community and around the world.
• Positive exposure for your organization, brand, business, or mission to the local community.
• Signed Certificate of Appreciation suitable for framing.
• Announcement in STEAMfest News, email, and on social media channels.

All Patrons may optionally choose to sponsor an activity booth at no additional charge. An activity booth is a great opportunity to interact more extensively with visitors.

Patrons at the Gold level and above, with appropriate products and services have the option of a booth in The Village Square for no additional cost. The Village Square will include artisans, vendors, community non-profits, and food trucks. 

Complete the form on this page to get additional information about becoming a STEAMfest Patron.  The registration deadline is Feburary 1st, 2024. However, we are always happy to accept donations after Feburary 1st with the acknowledgement that we may not be able to fulfill the promises listed under the Patron Plans for STEAMfest 2024.
