The Village Square is growing! For STEAMfest 2025, we’re expanding with more artisans, educational vendors, community nonprofits, live entertainment, and food trucks than ever before.
The Village Square reflects our mission to spark curiosity, celebrate creativity, and strengthen connections across our community. There’s something for everyone—so make sure to stop by!

Located on The Quad—at the heart of STEAMfest and the Woodlawn School campus—the Village Square features:
- Exhibit space for local artists, artisans, and craftspeople
- Booths for educational vendors offering books, learning toys, maker supplies, summer and afterschool programs, and more
- Information tables where community nonprofit groups can connect, engage, and inspire
- Food trucks serving up meals, desserts, healthy snacks, and refreshing beverages
- A free water station
- Seating areas for relaxing or enjoying a bite to eat
- A lively entertainment stage with performances throughout the day
