Snap, twist, and build! With just a few pieces and a big imagination, kids will tackle short design challenges using colorful pipe connectors. Whether they build a tiny robot, a bridge, or a silly creature, they’ll be thinking like young engineers. Each challenge is designed to take 5 to 10 minutes and is fully self-directed—perfect for curious builders of all ages. Great for preschoolers through tweens.
STEAMteam
STEAMfest is made possible with the help of hundreds of organizations and volunteers, both within the Woodlawn School Community and without. The STEAMteam is responsible for the planning, promotion, organization, and execution of STEAMfest.
Each year the STEAMteam creates a number of activity booths based on the teams skills and experience.
